With the experience of more than 50 years in the restaurant industry, C’viche Bar has developed a passion for the Peruvian cuisine and for bringing friends and families together around the table. Their roots were the pioneers in South Florida bringing ceviche and Peruvian dishes since 1992. Today, we are excited to bring traditional flavors from Peru, combining the authentic ingredients of the ceviche, fish, lime, onion, chilies, and salt.
